Shipping, Return and exchange policy.

At Siara Women, we strive to provide the best shopping experience for our valued customers. We understand that sometimes, you may need to make changes to your order. Therefore, we offer an exchange policy to ensure your satisfaction. Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with our policy details.

Exchange Only

• We have a 7-day Exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request an exchange or return.

  1. We do not provide bank refunds on any product once sold.
  2. We do provide exchange in different size and product both.
  3. Refunds are only allowed if the product is wrongfully delivered, i.e. product doesn’t match the item in the order confirmation, or if it has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect. 
  4. Purchased on sale, discount, credit note and offers are not eligible for returns.  
  5. Request for exchange should be placed within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  6. All products are hand-dyed and hand-made, refunds are not accepted due to slight variation from the provided picture on the website.
  7. Exchange are not accepted due to colour difference as ten percent variation is accounted for due to screen resolution and lighting. 
  8. Refunds are not accepted if the customer do not like the material of the product.

  10. ⁠Exchange charges i.e 390/-are payable by customer at the time of delivery.11.  In case of return we issue store credit that can be used within 6months of the purchase.

Eligibility

To be eligible for an exchange, please ensure that:

• Your request for exchange is placed within 7 days from the date of delivery.
• The product is in its original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached.
• The item was not purchased on credit note.

Process

If you meet the eligibility criteria and wish to exchange your item, please follow these steps:

2. Provide your order details and reason for exchange.
3. Our team will guide you through the exchange process and provide further instructions.
4. Once your exchange request is approved, you will need to ship the item back to us at the provided address.
5. Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the exchange criteria.
6. If the item is approved for exchange, we will process the exchange and ship the new size to you.

Exceptions

Please note that there are certain exceptions to our exchange policy:

• We do not accept exchanges for items that have been exchanged previously.
• Exchanges are only possible for the same product and not for different items.
• If the requested size is out of stock, we will issue a credit note for the same value.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and make it right by providing a replacement or appropriate solution.

Shipping

Order Processing time is 2-10 days as per the style/custom order.

Domestic - Once your order is dispatched, it will take approximately 7-8 working days for it to reach you. We strive to ensure timely delivery and provide tracking information for your convenience.

International - Once your order is dispatched, it will take approximately 2-8 weeks for it to reach you. We strive to ensure timely delivery and provide tracking information for your convenience.

IMPORT DUTIES
Any Import duties applicable will be borne by the customer and SIARAWOMEN will not be responsible for it.
